Long digital transcripts
A born-digital transcript over 500 pages requires 2 digest credits. The required amount is shown on its parse report before generation.
Scanned PDFs
Transcription reserves 1 credit per started 250 pages. Generating the digest then uses the normal digest credit, so a scan up to 250 pages costs 2 credits end-to-end.
Paid from the first AI run
No model-backed processing starts without purchased credits. A born-digital file is parsed deterministically before you choose whether to generate its paid digest.
The guarantee
If any Verified quote fails deterministic re-checking against your transcript at its cited page and line, its digest credit is restored.
